The Quiz is Created

Now you can start adding quiz questions. You should already have an untitled multiple-choice option on your form. If there isn’t, click on the Add question button, and select Multiple selection on the menu dropdown. Then enter your question.
Then, click Option 1 and type in your first answer. Once you’re finished, click Enter to add a new answer.
You can also add images by clicking the image icon that is located on the right side of the field for answers. In the following example, the images are found under Google Image Search. Google Image Search tab.
After you’ve completed your answer choices you can arrange them by dropping and dragging them with the six dots icon to the left. You can also remove questions and/or their images by clicking on the X icons. You can also change the order of questions by clicking the six dots icon located on the right side of the box.
You may want to consider using the Shuffle option ordering feature to avoid cheating. To choose this option simply click the three dots icon on the right side of the box for questions.
After you’ve completed your question, you can duplicate it, or click Add question to create an additional one. You can further personalize this form using your brand colors, and branding materials such as icons and logos, or pick one of the pre-made themes.
Grading and Weighting

In the upper-right corner of the page, you’ll see an icon for a spreadsheet in green in the middle of the three dots icon. This button lets you export all your data into a Google Sheets spreadsheet. The spreadsheet can be used to create a grading curve by using the quiz data or to manage your data in other ways.
